When I purchased my first home in Fishtown 10 years ago, I had no idea what I was doing. I was lucky enough to have a Realtor that made me feel empowered (something I didn't expect) and made the process enjoyable (which I also didn’t expect, especially when you're spending more money than you ever have!) Buying and selling homes should be an experience worth remembering. It's that belief that made me join the real estate industry.
I grew up in Lancaster, PA. What most people don't know is that Lancaster is as well-known for its vibrant city life as it is for its charming Amish farmlands, but Philadelphia has always been a staple in my life. My dad grew up in Northeast Philly, and one of my favorite memories growing up was visiting my grandmother's house in Mayfair. She lived in an old row home where she would always have an assortment of hoagies, soft pretzels, and tasty cakes waiting for us. To me, Philly combines big city life with a small-town feel.
When I'm not working, you’ll find me scoping out Airbnb's for my next mini vacay with my bf, be it a drive or a plane hop away. We especially love Tulum, Mexico because it has this cool bohemian beach culture and is the perfect place to relax, recharge and center yourself. When staying closer to home, I like to hit up my boot camp classes, bike around the city, toss the frisbee to my dog Kodi and see my favorite bands. My neighborhood go-to’s are Loco Pez for the gabacho tacos (hard shell classic), High Street on Market for my favorite Banh Mi and Pizza Shackamaxon for za.
The name "Erin" means "peace" in Greek, and I’d like to bring that energy to my real estate mission by providing a sense of calm, focus, authenticity, and trust. This means putting all my energy and efforts into protecting and helping the best interests of my clients. When we work together, I’m here to answer all your questions. I’ll help guide you through the process, whether it’s for your first home, becoming an investor, or selling and moving up to a new place.

Whether you're thinking of selling your home, buying a new property, or relocating to Philadelphia from another part of the country, you've come to the right place. As an experienced Realtor, I understand that every client has a unique set of preferences, and my job is to customize my experience with your needs. I love sitting down with new clients and working collaboratively to develop a comprehensive plan that helps them achieve their goals.
Growing up, my father used to work in construction on the Florida Gulf Coast, and that's what originally sparked my interest in real estate and home remodels. After graduating from FSU in Tallahassee, Florida, I took a well-loved tour through Atlanta, Georgia, and worked in the hospitality industry before moving to Philly eight years ago. If you're new to town, I would be happy to share my favorite restaurant and bar hotspots with you, my list is constantly evolving and being updated.
When working with buyers, nothing brings me more joy than helping my clients find their dream home and the perfect neighborhood that reflects their personality and lifestyle. I will be there to explain each and every step so you will not only be educated and empowered but we’ll also have fun along the way!
Are you looking to list your home? I take pride in helping my clients prepare their homes for the next owner and identifying any factors that could lead to a higher return on your investment. I’m an analytical, numbers-focused individual, and I understand the unique nuances of each property and neighborhood. Let's discuss how my marketing approach, listing strategies, and attention to detail can get you moving quickly onto your next chapter.
When I’m not eating lunch in the car or reviewing contracts, you can find me enjoying a Sunday afternoon cocktail at Four Humours, eating dinner at Saloon, grabbing a slice from OG Pizza, or chefing it up at home and binge-watching a crime documentary with my pups.

After spending time on the road and visiting several different cities, I had the opportunity to perform in the oldest opera house in the United States, Philadelphia’s The Academy of Music. It was during my stay in Center City that I knew I would someday call Philly home. Cut to two years later after my fiance got a promising job opportunity here, and I jumped at the chance to finally make the move. Life in Philly has been the perfect balance between my love of the outdoors, rooted in my native home of California, to the bustling city vibes I grew to love while living in Brooklyn, NY.
My own home buying experience led me to become an agent. It was never lost on me that my agent was the reason our transaction went so smoothly. She was able to answer all my questions while giving me the support I needed to make my own decisions about buying a home. I realized I wanted to create that experience for others. I understand that buying a home is scary but also recognize from first-hand experience that if you have the right support team behind you, it doesn't need to be so intimidating. In fact, it can be a lot of fun and something you should be proud of doing. I’m committed to being that support system for all my clients, be it future buyers, sellers, or investors.
Moving from Brooklyn with my fiancé Alex and miniature Bernedoodle, Olive, I am grateful for the welcome into the City of Brotherly Love. Philly has so much to offer between its world-class museums, James Beard awarded chefs (Vedge being one of my favorites!), and its unique cultural and historical landmarks. When not house hunting with clients you’ll find me walking the Rail Park or sweatin’ it out in a yoga class or a group fitness class. My past life as a professional dancer means I have to keep moving. My fiance and I recently started taking ballroom lessons at Society Hill Dance Academy, where you’ll find us practicing the cha-cha and the rhumba!
Whether you’re new to this town and need to date a few neighborhoods, or you’ve been in a committed relationship with the city and need a little spark to reignite your Philly love, I’m here for you! I look forward to building lasting relationships centered on trust and support. Let’s explore and start this journey together!

I am originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia where I lived with my mom and three siblings. We moved a lot, but instead of dreading it, I looked forward to the adventure of a new house. My favorite thing to do was to go with my mom to look at the house options for our next move. I loved to see the layouts and styles of each house, design my new room, and get to know the local community. This is where I think my love for real estate and community started.
Jump to 2012 when I moved to Philadelphia to pursue my masters in music education and fell in love with the city. Walking around and taking in all of the different styles of architecture and history of the buildings has always been a favorite past time. I stayed in Philadelphia after school and taught music for five years until I decided to take my love for houses and community and make a career out of it.
I now live in Glenside with my fiancè Michael, cats Parma and Pippin, and dog Brooklyn. I am passionate about this community and am hoping to use real estate as a vessel to continue to build and connect the people living here. You can find me out at various community gardens like Awbury Arboretum or playing open mics in the area. One of my favs is Germantown Espresso Bar!
My experience as a teacher has laid a perfect foundation for a career in real estate; I am organized, communicative, caring, and understand that every client is unique and needs unique attention. If you want someone who will be there for you every step of the way for the roller coaster that real estate can be, I’m the agent for you!

Growing up in New England, I had the good fortune to live in quintessential colonial era homes with historic details throughout; from the wide plank, rough hewn floors, and the stone hearth fireplaces in every room, to the extroverted squirrels and mice whose families had been occupying the spaces for far longer than my own. Instead of paying off law school loans, my parents bought another old colonial in coastal Maine with a plumbing system consisting of a hand dug well connected to a hose running through the kitchen window. From early on, I was deeply in love with old houses.
Ten years ago, I found myself in Philadelphia as a career in restaurant management brought me to this burgeoning food scene. If there is one thing Philadelphia has in spades (in truth there are many!), it is beautiful, old homes. Later, while chasing a rock and roll dream, I found myself working long days moving furniture, first for Mambo Movers, and then at Old City Movers. Brutal though the job was, I spent years learning every in and out of this city and its houses. From South Philly grandma-specials, historic Society Hill trinities, and Delancey Street mansions to penthouse condos in the sky, I’ve seen them all. During that time, I also witnessed the ebb and flow of this city's real estate market. Helping young couples move into their first home, then seeing them again as they transition to something larger in the ‘burbs, all the way to the empty-nesters looking to downsize and move back in to enjoy the fruits of the city.
Though I took a circuitous route to my life as a Philly Home Girl (er...guy!), I am so happy to have landed here. Being a Realtor combines my greatest passions of helping people, architecture and design, and the wonderful city of Philadelphia. I look forward to helping you find your own beautiful, old home rife with historical details!
When I’m not scouring the city for the coolest houses, you’ll find me out in the Wissahickon with my wife and our hunting dog, Luke, making sourdough pizzas in my backyard oven in Port Richmond, or tucked away in one of this city’s amazing restaurants (The Lunar Inn, Good King Tavern, The Khyber, Nomad… there's too many!) with good friends and family.

You’re looking at a true fan of Philadelphia. I have called Queen Village, and all its haunts, my home for the last 10 years where I live with my incredible lady Kristen and sweet pup Dasha. I grew up in nearby Media, from 1st grade to high school (go Penncrest!), and managed to sneak out of the city for a few years while attending the University of South Carolina. The pull of Philly brought me back and I am excited to help make it the most culturally diverse and interesting city on the eastern seaboard!
Before real estate, I was a dog walker and worked all of the service industry jobs; dishwasher, barback, server, bartender, prep cook, you name it. Think you recognize me from somewhere? Maybe we met while I was bartending at The Plough and the Stars in Old City. I made the switch to real estate because I love people! I’m generally a calm, cool, collected type of person who is able to anticipate problems and solve them before they actualize themselves into real issues. Buying property is one of the largest and most stressful processes a person will go through in their lives, and I love to be there to successfully usher my buyers through all of the potential pitfalls and get across the finish line together, with as few headaches as possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring the city. We have so many amazing places to pop into nearby like Bloomsday, Alyans Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Restaurant, Tattooed Mom, and Royal Sushi & Izakaya. If you need a restaurant recommendation, ask me! I have a list that is hundreds long. When a nature fix is needed, Dasha and I often will find a place to hike just out of town (always tacking on a stop at a delicious cafe, bakery, or restaurant ... or 2 or 3). During the week I’m always up for hanging with friends, watching and playing sports (can we please have the Eagles, Flyers, Sixers, and Phillies win all the championships forever?).

I never thought I would be a Philly gal but here I am and am loving it! I lived most of my adult life in NYC and had a 15-year career in fashion (Eileen Fisher, a great company to work for!). My husband, our kitty Swig and I moved to Philadelphia in 2013, and I made the switch to marketing. As the Marketing Manager, telling stories, figuring out what people want to know about, and how to educate them in creative ways is my jam. Always listening and watching what the pulse is at that moment. I love it!
I am obsessed with how unique the Philly Home Girls team is. The fact that realtor stereotypes are not even a part of the vocab here is so refreshing. Our agents are an incredible group of talented, caring people. Our clients are creative, interesting, and, dynamic, it is a true pleasure being able to engage with them on a daily basis.
When I am not at work, I am a big fan of trying out the different happy hours sprinkled around the city. Say Loco Pez and I am there in a heartbeat, when I am feeling classy I love me some Philadelphia Distilling. I also love to wander through our National Park right in the middle of the city. For fun times you can find me at Thirsty Dice or around our own dining room table trying my hardest to beat my husband at a nerd game.
