We had originally gone with the group based on reviews and their prior experience selling homes in the neighborhood and we weren't disappointed. Clare gave us great advice on what needed to be done to our house prior to sale (carpets needed to be replaced and the house needed to be painted). Once that was done, the team took great pictures and did an awesome job with some light staging.
With Clare's advice, we ended up with several offers over ask price within a few days of listing the house (and one open house). She did a great job guiding us through the process of selecting an offer (turns out there's more to it than just picking the highest number sometimes). From offer acceptance to close took 3 weeks and Clare was very helpful in making sure we were ready and we had the last few items out of our house (including lending us her hair dryer to loosen up some double sided tape to get off some hard to remove personal effects).
