As a Realtor® for over seventeen years, I’m a true believer in creating productive, long-term relationships with my clients by influencing their quality of life and wealth management for the long term. Whether it’s working with residential or commercial buyers and sellers, I have a proven knack for helping investors, developers and end-users. I’m committed to sticking with my clients to ensure they achieve everything they want within reason and ensuring they have an experience worth sharing with their friends and family.

I moved from my home state of Maryland to Philadelphia in 1995 and have lived in a variety of neighborhoods including the Loft District, Rittenhouse, and Point Breeze. As a longtime resident of Philadelphia where I raised my three kids, I couldn’t see calling anywhere else home. My experiences living in the city and my years of experience in the industry have given me an encyclopedic knowledge of many neighborhoods and their intricacies of the real estate market.

I’ve enjoyed great success at a number of business ventures throughout my career including managing a global team of over 2,500 salespeople. At some point along the way, the scale of enjoyment tipped from management to entrepreneurship. My love for sales stayed even on both sides, so I went independent and parlayed my skill set to real estate in 2011. I’ve earned the title of Top Producer and Agent of the Year many times. These accolades are yes, a testament to my prowess in this field, but more importantly, proof positive that my relationships in this business are solid, I love people, real estate, and putting the two together to achieve the biggest goals in my clients’ lives.

When I'm not in the thick of things, I enjoy working out at the gym with my boyfriend, visiting with my adult kids around the country, and walking my two rescues pups around Point Breeze. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

My goal as a Realtor® is to create an experience that people will remember. I realized shortly after becoming an Airbnb host that I love everything that comes along with hospitality. I want you to feel effortlessly welcomed into the Philly Home Girls circle, and leave as a friend (and with a house!).

After years working in photojournalism and marketing, I shifted gears to real estate. The change came after purchasing a 5-acre home in the Catskill Mountains with my friends, and becoming a Superhost with our Airbnb rental.

Over the past eleven years in Philadelphia, I’ve lived in several areas, including Fairmount, Fishtown, Pennsport, and Queen Village, where I currently live. I've enjoyed learning what makes each neighborhood special and becoming a regular at local businesses. In the mornings you'll find me at Three Queens Yoga, and in the evenings at Good King Tavern.

When I'm not unlocking doors, I enjoy cooking at home, hiking the Wissahickon trails, rock climbing, watering my many house plants, and boogying in my living room. While the Catskills are my second home, my two favorite places to visit are Cuba and Ireland.

Let me know how I can help you.

Although I’ve always had an affinity for home design and architecture, my love of real estate came when I purchased my first home with Jeanne in 2007. I wanted to learn everything there was to know about the transaction, including details on laws and each line of the contract. When I’m passionate about something, I’m all in. I turned my passion for real estate into becoming the first official Philly Home Girl team member in 2010.

As an agent, I’m thrilled to help people overcome their fears about homeownership. Educating young people and empowering them to own a home is not only energizing but something I think is important. Living in Philadelphia my entire life, I’ve been able to experience the city from many vantage points. I grew up in Strawberry Mansion, received my undergraduate degree at Temple University, and have lived in Olney, Fairmount, and the North East. I’ve also worked for various departments within the City of Philadelphia, currently at the Department of Recreation in the neighborhood where I grew up.

Walking along Kelly Drive, being outside and seeing all the people enjoying our city, is one of my favorite things to do. Breakfast is another one of my many passions, so you can often find me at Sabrina’s, Green Eggs Café, or one of the many independent coffee shops in Philly. I love meeting new residents to Philadelphia, learning about their hometowns and their favorite spots back home. I have a goal of traveling with my husband Marcus and two kids to every state in the country, exploring the many local cultures our country has. We may even take our dog, a Shih Tzu Yorkie mix (Shorkie), aptly named Coco Channel. Florida is already checked off my list as my favorite place to vacation is Disney. (I’m pretty sure I enjoy it more than my kids.)

You may recognize me from TV commercials for the Pennsylvania State Lottery. I hold a Masters in Theater from Rowan University and have appeared in various plays and television spots. Yes, I do happen to know Punxsutawney Phil.

Let me know how I can help you.

Growing up I lived in an extraordinary, grand  c.1890 Horace Trumbauer Victorian in Elkins Park. The uniqueness and old beauty of my family home was something I valued at a young age. My father is a general contractor so I grew up around construction, home building, and commercial real estate. Both of these were the beginnings that helped shape my love for real estate.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I graduated from Philadelphia University (Now Jefferson -East Falls Campus) with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I then went on to work as a men’s sportswear buyer, as well as a project manager for a large electrical company where I worked closely with my clients from start to finish. I was first introduced to the world of real estate when I purchased a duplex in East Falls where I was living, renovating, and renting out the upstairs. The whole process was exciting but overwhelming because I purchased my home from the seller directly with no professional guidance. I decided to pursue my real estate license to educate myself so that I could help others feel less overwhelmed and more confident in the process of buying or selling.

After 6 lovely years of living in East Falls my family outgrew our home and currently reside in Oreland with my partner Melvin, our two little ones (Myles and Willow), my stepdaughter (Anaya), and our dog Stella. We love our new neighborhood, and I look forward to helping clients in both Philadelphia as well as the surrounding suburbs including Montgomery County.

As a Realtor®, my enthusiasm for helping others along with my attention to time-management, organization, and communication skills help me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. My mission is to provide clients with the support, knowledge, and the tools necessary to make their home buying or selling process both simple and fun. The best part for me is creating long term relationships and having fun along the journey!

In my down time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new spots around Oreland (Fill A Bagel & Breads is a once a week breakfast must) and visiting my old neighborhood popping into Vault + Vine or Thunder Mug Cafe on my travels into the city.

Let me know how I can help you.

There’s this moment when you first walk into your new house after your closing—when all of the nerves are gone and what’s left is just pure possibility. That’s the moment that makes me love what I do. The spaces and places where we live are more than just pretty boxes and neighborhoods—they’re our own little worlds where we seek comfort, cultivate joy, indulge in our passions, celebrate ourselves and our loved ones, and bring to life everything that makes us feel at home.

I grew up around real estate. My dad is a painting contractor, so I have plenty of childhood memories of seeing just how impactful home improvement can be. But even though real estate runs in the family, I first took a different path. I started out as a Spanish Interpreter for both Temple University and Einstein Medical Center. Helping people during moments of real vulnerability showed me both the power of listening and the power of empathy, and these are some of the qualities that set me apart as a Realtor today.

As much as I’m passionate about real estate, I’m also passionate about Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. I grew up in Media, Delaware County, and have lived in Philadelphia for 18 years. Ten of those years have been in Queen Village, one of Philly’s most charming neighborhoods (if I do say so myself). In a typical week, you can find me taking my dog Vita Marie to Mario Lanza Park, planting (or fussing with) my window boxes, or planning an international trip with my partner in crime (aka my husband).

I want to help other people also love where they live. Home buying is often the most significant purchase anyone makes. I walk into every interaction with clients understanding the seriousness of my work and the importance of making you feel comfortable, well informed and empowered in the process. Working with me not only gives you a partner who understands and represents a variety of niche interests and neighborhoods (both in the city and the ‘burbs including NJ) but also someone who enjoys creating lasting relationships. Let me help you take the first step towards feeling at home.

Realtor, Rental Agent

I’ve been a Philadelphia resident for over three decades, and I’ve come to know the personality of our special neighborhoods. My goal as a rental agent is to make people smile; navigating clients to find their closest fit.

Even before I became an agent 20 years ago, I was drawn to the industry through my father’s stories, both positive and negative, of life in real estate and his incredible business acumen. Some of my first memories revolve around my father’s office, smelling cigar smoke and leather, listening to him conduct business at the closing table and falling in love with plat maps. My life path eventually led me back to the closing table after years of business experience in other areas.

You can say I’m a jack of all trades. Before becoming an agent, I was in marketing, merchandising, financial services, real estate contract review/ sales/marketing and mutual fund regulation administration. Somewhere in there I even had time to attend Temple University Beasley School of Law to earn my law degree. This comes in handy when reading a contract for clients!

When I moved here 32 years ago from New York. I settled in Society Hill where I still live with my husband Charlie and greyhound rescue, Fiona Finch. When I’m not trying my skills as an amateur chef, you can find me at one of my favorite neighborhood spots, Talulah’s Daily, Fat Salmon, or South Street Souvlaki.

In my downtime, you might find me volunteering at Greyhound Friends of NJ (Rescue) or selling memorial poppies in support of veterans as an associate member of the Benjamin Franklin American Legion Post #405. I love to travel, a passion that has taken me to some of my favorite spots on the globe like Israel, Antarctica, and Galapagos Islands.

I'm Allison, a Philadelphian, born and raised. As a child, I moved all around the area, living in Mount Airy, the Northeast, Bensalem, and then the Main Line (Ardmore, Narberth, Wynnewood) I spent summers down the shore in Ventnor, Atlantic City, and Ocean City. I live with my husband (Philly Home Guy, Christian) in our 1300 sq ft South Philly row home with our son, Oliver and a handful of cats (@fegelfelines). I’m a former landlord who has bought and sold a few houses personally. We lived through a major home renovation to tell the story too! We love the neighborhood we've lived in for the past 14 years, Passyunk Square, and might be bold enough to claim it’s the best 'hood in the city! Raising Oliver in a neighborhood I love is an enriching experience for my family of 3.

My favorite part of Realtor life is showing all the character rich homes and condos in and around Philly. The moment when my clients find “the one” is a close 2nd! It’s important to me that my clients, both buyers and sellers, find their process enjoyable and stress-free. I’m known for my patience, calming nature, and communication skills… All the things that are beneficial when you’re navigating what can be a stressful time.

Prior to joining the PHG team, I worked for many years as a digital project/product manager at many mighty Philadelphia-based companies. I like to say that my love of music and my obsession with the early days of MTV lead me on my career path as I went from working in record stores to CDNOW.com, the first online music store. We sold music online when Amazon only sold books! From there I made my way to Comcast, Urban Outfitters, and then to well-known digital agencies Razorfish, Happy Cog, and Think Company.

In my free time, you might find me playing board games with my son, exploring Philly's neighborhoods, baking cookies, tending to our plot at our community garden, visiting family, taking a breather in Cape May, or donating time/money to causes that are dear to my heart.

Growing up I used to LOVE going to open houses with my Mom, but it wasn’t until I went through the home buying process myself that I realized how overwhelming it could be and how important it was to have a knowledgeable guide. I never anticipated how proud I would be of myself, and how powerful I would feel purchasing my own home. I want to help other people do that. I love Philadelphia. I’ve watched her grow over the years into a world-class city with a huge personality, uniquely her own. How lucky are we to live in a city with such a variety of distinctly different neighborhoods to explore? I want to share it all!

In 2008 I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Graphic Design. I swung through Philadelphia on my way to job hunt in NYC, and decided to make this city my home. I bought a heavy duty U-lock for my bike and moved into a microscopic 180 SF studio in Center City on Walnut street. I eventually moved to the Graduate Hospital area, before finally buying my home in Fishtown in 2013.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license and joining the Philly Home Girls, I worked as a Graphic Designer. I was first introduced to the world of commercial real estate while working in the CBRE Marketing Department. I joined the Philly Home Girls so I could draw real value from the work I do and the relationships I nurture. I want to help people not only find their ideal home, but also guide them as they invest themselves in the city. It is my goal to help my clients plant their roots and continue to grow and improve our city’s neighborhoods, communities and schools.

When I'm not fiddling with keys and lockboxes, you can find me tooling around on my bike, checking out pop-up beer gardens and taking pictures of our cat Aunt Helen and our adopted pittie Petunia.

Let me know how I can help you.
