My journey has been anything but ordinary—I've been a competitive dancer, studied Forensic Biology and Public Health, and even delved into the world of wedding planning. With a deep-seated love for homes and interior design nurtured since childhood by shows like "This Old House," joining the real estate world felt like a natural progression. Plus, being part of PHG feels like home; I've known Jeanne and the team for over 7 years and appreciate the welcoming culture they've fostered.

I thrive on efficiency and problem-solving and am always eager to find smarter ways of doing things. At PHG, I'm excited to enhance processes, create efficiencies, and contribute to our collaborative success. Sometimes we get caught up in what feels comfortable, but often there is a different way or other tools to implore to do things in a way that works better. Let’s embrace change and all the good stuff that comes with it!

When I'm not unraveling the latest data, HR process, or whatever else comes across my desk, you can find me enjoying the vibes at Philadelphia Brewing Company, sipping on NA drinks at St. Oner's, or indulging in a plateful of goodness at Zig Zag (they catered my wedding and I absolutely love them). I also enjoy escaping to the mountains or exploring charming towns like Kingston NY, for some R&R or hosting lively gatherings with my wife, baby Rebel, and our two Shiba Inus, Oscar and Nellie.

Originally from a small town in upstate NY, I've immersed myself in the rich tapestry of Philly living for the past decade, residing in neighborhoods like East Kensington, Old Kensington, Fairmount, and Society Hill. I am thrilled to be calling PHG headquarters in Fishtown my home from 9-5. I hope to meet you next time you are in the office!

Hey there! I’m Daniel Benjamin, your rental agent. Originally from the hustle and bustle of NYC, I've traded skyscrapers for the vibrant community vibes of East Kensington, which my wife and I now call home. Transitioning into a new abode can be daunting, but I’m all about making it as smooth as possible for you.

When I’m not busy matching folks with their dream homes, you’ll likely catch me exploring local hangouts like Monkey Club, Martha, or Meeting House. Beyond my neighborhood haunts, I’m a lover of warm weather and beaches. Whether it's chilling on a beach in Mexico or the Jersey Shore count me in!

With a background in writing restaurant reviews for New York Magazine, I've honed my eye for detail and knack for spotting the special qualities that make a space unique. A rental may not be forever but it should feel like home while you are there. I’m dedicated to ensuring your experience is enjoyable and stress-free. Let’s make finding your next home an adventure together!

It took my husband and I some time to discover Philly but boy are we happy to be here. It all started with a many-year-detour of five other states (New York, Missouri, Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina). Wanting to be closer to our son’s NYC college (proud Fordham parents!) we decided to move to Philly and landed in the Bella Vista neighborhood- all thanks to PHG agent and Team Leader Jeanne Whipple! We are madly in love with our neighborhood, from shopping daily in the stalls and shops of the Italian Market, grabbing a table at Grace & Proper and diving into Portugues-inspired snacks and drinks, or getting hands dirty in our community garden on South Street. THIS is why we moved to Philadelphia.

I myself am a PHG client and knew I wanted to become part of this fun, empowering community. In my past life, I began pioneering work with companies like CNET and WebMD, our family business invested and sold land in Florida, all of which communication, negotiating, sales, and networking were at the forefront. It’s my goal as Client Experience Coordinator to make the buying and selling process a more personal, tailored, and warm home journey. I get to dip into that skill toolbox to ensure that our buyers, sellers', and tenants' experiences are authentic and up to the highest PHG standards.

When I’m not working and chatting with clients, weekends are for live music! In South Philly, we head to Bob and Barbara's Lounge or Solar Myth for a fix! For close-up and personal fun in Fishtown, it's concerts at the Fillmore or Johnny Brenda's. We adore traveling as a family and recently visited Emerald Isle with an exciting tour around Ireland's cities and coastline. We’re also diving into the never-ending list of incredible historical areas surrounding us one weekend at a time! Some of the best moments are actually spent right in our living room, with my son home for the weekend, and our two dogs, Mr. Man and Chicken Joanna snuggled in. We’ll be tuning into a Liverpool or Man United match, cheering and flying the soccer freak flag high. In my opinion, there’s nothing better!

People often ask “Why are you a realtor?” and the answer comes easily. My passion is to help people, especially as they make important decisions such as where to make their home. Be it renting for a period of time or long term, I enjoy being a part of that important process.

In my past life I worked in TV production for an ABC daytime show called The Chew. After that, I sold Medicare Insurance which led me into the wellness realm and teaching yoga. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 at CorePower Yoga and most recently Monarch Yoga. All of those are working within a team, which is exactly what your realtor should be! A team member who is navigating and negotiating for your best interests.

I’ve lived in Center City, Fitler Square (so pretty!), and currently live in Old City with my partner Edgar. I adore this city and you’ll often spot me coffee in hand, post-yoga class, just wandering and not forgetting to look up. My partner and I get Mexican food almost every Sunday night at Adelita (I love their enchilada mole) in South Philly, for coffee you’ll find me at Old City Coffee, I love the burgers at Two Robbers, and take yoga at Monarch :). When it’s sunny skies and the work is done, Edgar and I will often hop over to join my family for beach time in Longport Beach, NJ.

Building community is something I hold onto dearly and I want to do more than sell you a home. I want you to fall in love with your neighborhood and find your true home. Introducing my clients to new parts of the city or finding their perfect spot in a neighborhood that’s already a favorite is what it’s all about. Let’s get out there together!

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to call where you live "home". Whatever the story behind your buying or selling journey, I want the outcome to be the same; to make the process as easy and stress free as possible!

My real estate career started with my love of interior design. My husband, Edon, is a general contractor and would frequently ask for my advice on finishing touches on certain properties. Eventually, we were lucky enough to build and create our current home, and after that, I knew that working with clients to find their dream space was where I was meant to be.

My previous past work life includes working with animals whether at a kennel or a Veterinary Hospital and a small amount was in the restaurant business. Both fields are very customer service oriented (and busy!) which has made the transition into my real estate career that much easier.

I love touring the suburbs with clients (I grew up in Bucks County), as well as the neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Ten years ago I started putting down my Philly roots in Rittenhouse Square and for the past 6 years have lived in Grays Ferry with my husband, our son Davi and dog Linus. Our go-to places are just blocks away from my home. Dock Street Brewery in South Philly for good drinks, Chicks and L'anima for good food, and Small Oven Pastry Shop to satisfy my sweet tooth. Whether going out for food and drinks with friends and family or finding a new activity to do with my son, I enjoy being surrounded by my favorite people. That includes my clients!

Hello! It’s wonderful to meet you,

The real estate and education professions share critical skills and a commitment of service to others. Before real estate, I was teaching literature and writing at Rutgers-Newark. For me, real estate was an easy transition. I’ve stayed in real estate all these years because it’s a gratifying experience to help folks achieve their real estate goals. For most clients, it's their single greatest asset, and the process of selling or buying can feel incredibly overwhelming.

My goal is to remove the stress by providing creative solutions and a concierge experience that allows my clients to focus on what matters most -- the next chapter in their lives. Along the way, I've met so many incredible people and cultivated strong ties to the communities I serve.

Originally hailing from Jersey City, the fine city of Philly is a great fit. Our daughter went to college here, and after years of visiting, all signs pointed to putting down roots in this town. My husband and I are temporarily enjoying Northern Liberties (and loving it!) while our home in Old City is being renovated. There’s so much great food to choose from right outside our door! We love the lively flavors of Suya Suya, and the spicy pad dishes (and happy faces) at Circles Thai keep us coming back.

When I’m not working with clients or on one of the many home projects, Rob and I will spend time exploring Philly. We love relaxing in the many green spaces the area has to offer. Then maybe dinner at Royal Boucherie and a show at the Arden. When we need a break from the city we might slip off to the Catskills for a few days of hiking or down to Rehoboth for some seaside rejuvenation. Better yet book me a ticket to Rome (the history, the art, the pasta)!

When we tour homes together I’ll be happy to share my secrets and tips for each neighborhood, and what restaurants and shops are favorites. We’ll not only hunt for your perfect home but be on the continued pursuit of Philly’s best bagel. It’s out there!

I've been obsessed with real estate since my early college days. I was the one who looked for the apartments for my roommates and myself. It’s no surprise I love being a Philly Home Girls rental agent, it really is fun for me!

As your rental agent, together we will determine your budget, neighborhoods you may be interested in and move in date. I’ll build a rental portal that suits your criteria and will show you rentals that are available via the MLS. We’ll search as a team and find you a place to call home. Communication is key when negotiating rentals. You can expect me to keep you up to date, keep you looped into what is needed for your rental application (it can differ from landlord to landlord), and be here for any questions you may have.

When I am not finding the right fit for my clients, you may find me around my neighborhood of Port Richmond where I live with my husband and my furry rescue Iggy. My top three local spots that I always recommend are Pizza Richmond for the best pizza and soft serve, La Roma has a great variety of cuisine from different countries (but the handmade pasta is a must) and their sister restaurant Nemi for the best Mexican food! On days when my husband and I can escape, you’ll find us exploring a new city, camping in the woods or admiring old architecture in a foreign country.

It’s important to me to make your rental experience as smooth as possible. Let’s do this together! Give me a ring or fill out the form below to get started.

Having biked, hiked and scooted all over this city I can safely say I dig the vibes of our City of Brotherly Love. I have called Fishtown home for over 20 years. I love bumping into friends in the neighborhood, exploring secret spots and the small biz’s that keep the community going. As a member of a Tile, Terrazzo and Stone Finisher union I’ve helped build this city too. I’ve worked on the Philadelphia stadiums, Comcast Towers and the stunning renovation at the Art Museum to name a few.

Let’s find your new home together. Is it in the heart of the city center, along the banks of the Schuylkill or tucked away behind the tree lined drive in the burbs? No matter where you land, it’s important to me that your home buying experience is always up to PHG standards. That means we’ll have fun along the way (I have an endless roster of puns and dad jokes), I’ll help you understand the ins and outs of details throughout the process and will make buying or selling a home a stress-free breeze.

If I’m not hunting for the perfect fit with clients, you’ll find me and my wife ordering all the noodles at Cheu/Nunu Fishtown or hanging with friends at Memphis Tap Room. Another fav hangout spot is lazing on the couch at the end of the day with our wonderful wiener dogs Dash and Deuce snuggled on each side. Follow my travel Instagram to catch my latest trip (hint Croatia is often the star of the show) and if you ever want to book that special trip after we settle you into your new digs you know where to find me.
