Kate Kyle was amazing selling our house during the pandemic. We listed with her because she seemed very competent and we were not surprised when she met all of our expectations and rose far above them. We accepted an offer a few days after listing and unfortunately, our buyers were unable to close for financial reasons and had to cancel. Not a problem Kate said and by the next morning, she already had a new buyer for us because she worked all evening making calls and telling people our home was for sale again. She got us a good offer too. She made sure everything was done correctly and monitored my house like a hawk. Because I’m high risk, she went the extra mile and went in my house after every showing and sanitized everything just in case. We all know that no one is supposed to touch anything during Covid but some people still do so she took extra care for us.
