My Partner Harrison and I went with Philly Home Girls to purchase our first home together in Philadelphia. We had the absolute pleasure of working with realtor Kate Kyle. COVID is a weird time but even during this crazy situation she showed us all the houses we asked to see while being professional and wearing a mask. She is extremely friendly and personable and we couldn’t have asked for someone better. It felt like we had known her for a long time and like we were old friends. We went through quite a bit of homes and she stuck with us through it all and eventually found us our dream spot. It is super stressful buying a home but she made it that much easier. We appreciate her and Philly Home Girls so much! Their goodie bag after closing is also so unexpected and actually has good useful stuff in it haha. I love Kate and this company.
