I'm Allison, a Philadelphian, born and raised. As a child, I moved all around the area, living in Mount Airy, the Northeast, Bensalem, and then the Main Line (Ardmore, Narberth, Wynnewood) I spent summers down the shore in Ventnor, Atlantic City, and Ocean City. I live with my husband (Philly Home Guy, Christian) in our 1300 sq ft South Philly row home with our son, Oliver and a handful of cats (@fegelfelines). I’m a former landlord who has bought and sold a few houses personally. We lived through a major home renovation to tell the story too! We love the neighborhood we've lived in for the past 14 years, Passyunk Square, and might be bold enough to claim it’s the best 'hood in the city! Raising Oliver in a neighborhood I love is an enriching experience for my family of 3.
My favorite part of Realtor life is showing all the character rich homes and condos in and around Philly. The moment when my clients find “the one” is a close 2nd! It’s important to me that my clients, both buyers and sellers, find their process enjoyable and stress-free. I’m known for my patience, calming nature, and communication skills… All the things that are beneficial when you’re navigating what can be a stressful time.
Prior to joining the PHG team, I worked for many years as a digital project/product manager at many mighty Philadelphia-based companies. I like to say that my love of music and my obsession with the early days of MTV lead me on my career path as I went from working in record stores to CDNOW.com, the first online music store. We sold music online when Amazon only sold books! From there I made my way to Comcast, Urban Outfitters, and then to well-known digital agencies Razorfish, Happy Cog, and Think Company.
In my free time, you might find me playing board games with my son, exploring Philly's neighborhoods, baking cookies, tending to our plot at our community garden, visiting family, taking a breather in Cape May, or donating time/money to causes that are dear to my heart.
Allison made sure that everything ran smoothly in the sale of my home. She is an efficient and thoughtful realtor.
Through it all, Allison was extremely on top of what needed to be done, advocated on our behalf, and was always communicative with us even when the listing agent was not providing timely updates.
Allison was incredibly kind and informative, giving us guidance every step of the way; additionally, she was so responsive and communicative. When an offer was put in on the house we were very interested in, Allison immediately contacted us and set in motion everything we needed to do to place our own offer, making sure our mortgage lender was looped and scheduling calls that fit with my wife’s travel schedule
I wholeheartedly recommend Allison to anyone in search of a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated real estate professional
She was very professional. she was able to help me find a house in the area, price range and the top 3 things I needed in a home.
here is absolutely no way that we could have navigated this process without her guidance, expertise, and support
I have nothing but good things to say - she was professional, responsive, and attentive to all of my needs and concerns
Allison thoroughly educates her clients and walks them through the process, making what could be an anxiety ridden adventure quite enjoyable!ad.
From the very beginning, she listened to us and spent time getting to know us, which paid dividends because it meant she was completely attuned to our priorities, in the very personal (and often, based on the market, challenging!) search for a new home.

She is very thoughtful and responsive. She's great at explaining things and giving an honest opinion of what she would do. Her advice has always led us in the right direction.
She has always been responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend her to anyone either looking to buy or a sell a home in the Philadelphia area.
Her kind personality and cheerfulness had us feeling like we were all old friends by the end of the process. She has even continued to be of help afterward, offering recommendations for contractors when we've needed some work done in the house. We highly recommend working with her! C.S. | Zillow
Being from out of town, we relied on her for a number of in-person check-ins at the property we bought, and she was so helpful to us throughout.
This was my 3rd home purchase and normally I’ve never heard from my realtor once the check is cut but they truly focus on the relationship at PHG. I also recommend the free home buying workshop to get started. Best realtor and group I’ve ever worked with!
Through the entire process she was honest, thoughtful, and helped solidify my choice once I found the one. I can't recommend working with her, and the rest of the Philly Home Girls team, enough!
At no point did I feel like we weren't in incredibly capable hands, especially as first time buyers. I can't recommend them enough!
Nothing felt cookie-cutter about the experience, and I always felt like a priority. She was great at negotiating with the sellers on my behalf, and I ultimately ended up with final terms that I was thrilled with.
Allison is patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. She has her client's best interest at heart. As a first-time homebuyer, I had countless questions and fears. Allision answered every question and connected me with the appropriate resources.
Highly recommend working with Allison Fegel at Philly Home Girls! The task we had for Allison was a tough one: In the crazy pandemic market, as first-time home buyers, we wanted a large house, with a porch, within a 1 block radius of our rental…. We found the perfect place for us just a few doors down!. Allison was dogged in her research and advocacy for us, helped us negotiate the price of the home to cover the many renovations we planned…
I was so happy to have Allison as my realtor while selling my home, she made the whole process simple, transparent, and (relatively) stress-free! She helped with every step of the process and was extremely communicative. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and promptly.
Allison not only helped us find a house we love (she really understood what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood) but also helped us negotiate an incredible deal.
Allison was always available to answer any questions that I had. She went the extra mile for me.
Buying a home from overseas in a city you're not familiar with is tough enough, but add in a global pandemic and that adds a whole new level of challenges. Allison was incredible throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and walked us through the whole home buying process.
Allison sat down with me and gave me a lot of helpful information about the home buying process as well as providing me with great information about life in Philly, as a life long resident herself.
It was clear from the beginning that she really had our best interests in mind and wanted us to be fully satisfied with our final choice.
We're renting, and never imagined we'd have such a helpful ally in the process. We ended up in Passyunk Square thanks in large part to her recommendation, and the house is everything we hoped for!
She had great knowledge of the areas where we wanted to live, and she did a fantastic job in finding us a home that we love.
Over the course of three months, we had to pull out of one house due to issues found during inspection and lost a bidding war on another home, yet Allison kept on top of inventory and continued to provide great service.
