I previously worked with Kate in 2021 to purchase the house and she was a part of the process to help me become a first time home owner. I recently moved in with my girlfriend at her home in Fairmount and worked with Kate to get my house rented. Kate helped guide me every step of the way as she has now guided me from renter, to homeowner, and now to landlord! She was always very responsive and diligent as she patiently worked with me to find the right tenant. She really added value with coordinating to have listing photos done and also offering to help me set up cleaning the property. From working with Kate, I feel educated in the process!
